Welcome to the world of Mudras

Our mudras class offers you easy to follow hand/arm/wrist exercises along with simple to follow yoga and meditation poses that will offer you a way to physical and mental benefits. There is a known connection between using mudras to gain a better concentration with your meditation as well as lasting additional benefits with any yoga poses. This class is a gentle Yin flow that uses basics of Indian Classical dance to add a gentle rhythm that allows for the mudras to settle in your body for longer body memory for lasting benefits. Join this class for healthy mind, body and soul.
