Weekend Yoga Workshop
Our weekend yoga workshop offers an introduction to the practice of yoga for any age level. You will be following a gentle flow introducing Hatha yoga. There is addition of Mudras with poses that provide you the benefits like improved digestion, heart rate, concentration and blood pressure. Like any practice, you will need to have a regular practice with a class like this to see the benefits last for long time. Though how would you know unless you try so this is an appetizer to begin your journey towards long term physical and emotional benefits.
Currently, this workshop is offered at no cost. It is completely free. The workshop is about creating a safe and comfortable pace and virtual place for you to practice your way to health and wellness.
